1 ● The daily starts at 2 pm and ends at 12 a.m. the following day. If you want to stay for a few more hours, (if there is no reservation in your suite and you can stay there any longer), until 6pm you will be charged 1/2 a night. After this time will be charged 1 full night. For this the reception must be consulted before the closing of the daily.
2 ● The daily rate ends at 12 noon. Failure to check the departure time without prior request and authorization to extend the check-out, and if the guest is not present at the hotel, the guest can move the belongings of the guest to the Reception or another apartment under the supervision of a manager or responsible. Remember that the Pousada works with advance reservations, so if you choose to extend the stay, you must request the Reception in advance, and if it is available on the date it will be extended.
3 ● The Pousada is for the exclusive use of the guests / clients. Visitors should check in at the reception desk upon arrival (until a maximum of 9 pm). If you stay in the room more than 15 min you will be charged an extra fee of R $ 100.00 (one hundred reais) per visitor per day. Each return of the visitor will be charged again the rate. As of 21hs no visits or visits to the Pousada are allowed.
4 ● The buffet breakfast included in the daily rate is served at the breakfast room, but if the customer wishes to take any food or drink from the Buffet to the room, an additional fee of R $ 30.00 per person (quantity limited).
5 ● The objects of decoration as well as the daily use of the guest, bed and bath linen, glasses, dishes, etc. broken, damaged, stained, lost or used for any other purpose, will be charged. Also, any damages caused by the same to the property of the Pousada will be automatically debited to the guest's account.
6 ● We provide a parking space for one (1) tour vehicle for each suite. We do not have parking for towing or jet-skiing. The Pousada does not have insurance for vehicles parked in the same area.
7 ● For the cleaning of the suites and apartments it is necessary that the key is at the reception.
8 ● At the moment of checking out the key, the remote controls and key of the safe must be delivered to reception. Should any
key or remote control be lost a charge for replacement will be charged.
9 ● It is not allowed to separate the key from the suite of the energy blocking key ring. The keys, of the HUs, are connected to the device that saves energy. Any change in this device that compromises energy savings, allows the Pousada to add 50% of the daily value to cover the waste. Upon leaving the Inn (check-out) the Guest must deliver the key with device at the Reception. When leaving the apartment they should lock the door and deliver the key with the device at the reception. If there is a lost key and / or key chain, the guest's account will be charged $ 80.00 (eighty reais).
10 ● For safety reasons, the use of rockets, rojos, fireworks or the like in any part of the Pousada, including the balconies, is not allowed, under penalty of cancellation of the stay / reservation.
11 ● The use of portable grills, stoves, or similar on the balconies or dependencies of the Pousada other than those already made available by the Pousada is not allowed. Also it is not allowed to use electric irons in the rooms under penalty of cancellation of the stay / reservation.
12 ● The Pousada does not host pets (domestic and / or wild).
13 ● Lost or forgotten objects will be stored for a period of 180 days. After this period, the object will be donated.
14 ● No noise is allowed in the premises of the Pousada after 10pm. Also it is not allowed the use of sound equipment in volume that bothers to the other guests, as well as to make cantorias or batucadas. We also pay attention to the sounds produced on the porch, garden or parking, that is, places near the rooms.
15 ● Cars should never block the passage or other vehicle. If all vacancies are occupied, the Guest should contact the management immediately.
16 ● Smoking is not allowed in the suites (STATE LAW Nº 8042, NOVEMBER 12, 2009): if it occurs, the rate for hygienization and deodorization of apartment is 20% of the Minimum Wage and will be released as an additional to the guest's account. The same must use to the outside area of the Pousada to avoid the collection of the fee.
17 ● Do not put nails on walls, extend towels or clothes on the balcony, behind the minibar, windows or furniture of the apartment. In the bathroom is allowed. The Pousada can indicate an external laundry service. If you are interested, please contact the reception.
18 ● It is not allowed to throw objects out of the window, on the floor of the corridors and parking or in the sanitary facilities.
19● It is not allowed to walk around the Pousada in a nightdress.
20 ● It is not allowed to buy from Street vendors inside the Pousada. Remember, this practice can lead to drawbacks for everyone.
● Common areas (outside areas, including sidewalks, stairways, patio and parking, for example, and internal areas such as lobby, stairways, corridors, etc.) are usually transit by third parties, and guests are responsible for their belongings and minors in those areas. For security reasons common areas are monitored by cameras.
22 ● The possession and use of any type of material, object or substance that is legally prohibited or of any type of weapon that could be a personal risk is not permitted.
23 ● It is not allowed to practice sports in places that are not suitable or that may pose risks to other users as well as the use of toys in places that are not suitable or that may cause harm to third parties.
24 ● The Pousada reserves the right to request the vacating of apartments when verified by drunken persons, who are using illegal substances or for illegal activities, contrary to morality or good manners.
25 ● It is the duty of every guest to ensure the good coexistence, harmony and quiet in the Pousada. In cases of drunkenness, violent behavior, indecent assault or other attitude contrary to good manners and social coexistence on the part of any Guest or his guest, the Pousada will take the necessary measures, being able to rescind the period of stay of the Guest in advance requesting the evacuation of the suite and / or request the support of the police force, if necessary.
Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in the cancellation of the stay / reservation without refund of the amount already paid.
